31 SERIES VALVE

Directional Control Valve

The 31 Series valve is a sectional type valve with flow capabilities up to 30 GPM and 3500 PSI. The valve is an open center/parallel design with a built-in adjustable relief valve. Closed center and high pressure carry-over (power beyond) are available. The 31 Series valve can be outfitted for lever, cable, and air shift type actuation.

Available options include:

• SAE and N.P.T. ports
• Mid-inlet sections
• Integral pilot-operated check valves (lock valves)

60V & 90V SERIES VALVE

Directional Control Valves

The 60V and 90V Series valves are a sectional design with pressure capabilities up to 2500 PSI and flow capabilities to 60 GPM (60V) and 90 GPM (90V). The valves are an open center/parallel design with an adjustable main relief valve. Large internal passages provide low open center pressure losses. The low profile work sections are standard and optional high sections for use with a wide variety of work port options are available.

65 SERIES VALVE

Load Sense Directional Valve

The 65 Series valve is a sectional type valve with flow capabilities to 65 GPM and pressures to 4000 PSI. The valve is closed center, load sensing with individual spool compensators for uninterrupted simultaneous operation. Precision ground spools provide excellent metering with low spool effort.

• Variety of spool options and spool flow choices
• Improved system efficiency for better control and reduced operator effort
• Internal load sensing network with shuttles sends the highest load signal to the pump

MSV SERIES VALVE

Two Position Selector Valve

The MSV Series two positions, three-way selector valve provides a simple means of directing oil flow into two separate hydraulic circuits or can be used as a low-pressure bypass back to the reservoir. Valve spool design is such that as the spool starts to move and open up the one port, the other port will begin to close. The valve has a nominal flow capacity of 90 GPM with pressures up to 3000 PSI.

PFD-30 PRIORITY FLOW DIVIDER

Priority Flow Divider valve provides simultaneous flow for two separate hydraulic circuits from a single pump. The priority flow is adjustable from 0 to 30 GPM (114 LPM). The excess or bypass flow can be used in a second circuit or directed to reservoir.

REMOTE VALVE CONTROLS

Muncie offers a system of remote cable control of hydraulic valves. The controls include weather resistant enclosures for the valve attachment as well as heavy duty push/pull cables. Control levers are offered in a variety of configurations to fit your needs. Connections are available for most popular hydraulic valve series as well as dump pumps.
