WET LINE SYSTEMS

Muncie Wet line Systems and components are available for all end dump, ejector and moving floor applications. Complete systems include the PTO, reservoir, pump/valve, hoses, control console and drive lines (if applicable). Reservoirs of polyethylene, aluminum and steel can be supplied in several sizes for either upright or frame mount installation. The reservoirs are fabricated with many features as standard to create the finest reservoir packages available. 100% testing insures their dependability.

AIR SHIFT CONSOLES

ASCS-100 & ASCT-100

PTO and Dump Pump Shifters. The ASCS Series gives you single lever air control of both PTO and dump pump.

Air feathering capability. Allows operator of in-cab console with air control to lower the hoist or dump body gradually. Helps prevent jolting, damaged frames and suspensions. Especially helpful for difficult-to-lower loads like asphalt into paving equipment—or dumping half loads, even when truck is moving.

Muncie In-cab Air or Cable/Lever Control Console, in combination with a TG POWERFLEX™ PTO and an E/EH Series Dump Pump, provides a safer and more productive work environment. This optional system (pictured at left) requires no driveline, universal joints, or other externally exposed parts. E/EH Series Dump Pumps rated 23 & 27 GPM (E Series), and 28 & 36 GPM (EH Series) @ 1000 RPM. Speed rated to 2500 with operated pressures to 2500 PSI. Pumps carry a two-year warranty, plus an additional one-year warranty when used with Muncie’s polyethylene reservoir and used as a 3-line system (three-year total warranty).

If Cable/Lever control consoles are your preference, then the Muncie RVC Series provides a totally enclosed heavy-duty actuator with a built-in lock. A combination model is available for manual cable pump control and an air shift PTO.

15, 25 AND 35 GALLON RESERVOIRS

15, 25 and 35-Gallon Reservoirs for other applications are available from stock. These reservoirs are made of steel and include full size internal baffles to dissipate heat. Available options can tailor the reservoirs to your specific requirements.
